Wickett & Craig Miller - Vegetable Tanned

We are proud to offer our new Wickett and Craig "Miller" leather on our web store that has been embossed (plate) and milled (tumbled) in the old wooden drums of the tannery in Pennsylvania.

 

To celebrate the 150th Anniversary of this famous vegetable leather tannery, this special milled vegetable tan is available in five colors.

 

Finish: Semi-Naked

Hand Feel: Soft touch pebble, soft temper

Weights: 2-3oz (0.8-1.2mm) - 15oz (6.0mm)

Colors: Russet, Buckingham Brown, Medium Brown, Burgundy, & Black.

The nature of this leather will offer a two tone patina as the oils on the top of the pebble will contrast the crevasses of the grain with use.  A unique offering that will "patina" quicker then English Bridle.   The offering is part of the storied Harness line of leather made for personal leather goods & for equestrian harness goods.
